1. Use of Materials
You are granted access to a private resource library of materials including (but not limited to) worksheets, checklists, guides, and templates (“Resources”). These materials are intended for use by you, the member, in your own 1:1 work with clients.
You May
- Use and print materials for direct client support
- Reference materials in private client sessions
- Customize tools for individual clients (if the format allows)
You may not:
- Share, distribute, sell, or resell materials
- Upload any resources to public-facing websites, courses, or memberships
- Present these materials as your own or under another business name
- Use these materials to train other professionals without prior written permission
2. Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of Suzy Carbrey LLC. All rights are reserved. Membership does not grant ownership of any materials or tools.
You may not remove any logos, copyright notices, or branding from the materials.
3. Violations & Membership Termination
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the membership without refund. Legal action may be taken for misuse, copying, or redistribution of materials.
