What ages do you work with?
I work with adults, primarily parents and professionals.
Where are you located?
I am based in the Chicagoland area, and all of my sessions are conducted online via video conferencing. My services are available to anyone with a reliable internet connection.
What are your hours?
My sessions are held on weekdays and are by appointment. Let me know when you are available, and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.
What actually happens in a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes over video.
We start with what’s going on right now, and I ask questions until we can see what’s actually happening underneath it. Then we build something small and specific to try before we meet again, whether that’s a change to your environment, a different way of planning, or a way to catch yourself earlier when things start slipping.
Between sessions, you have access to a resource library, weekly planning sessions, and group coaching, and those stay available to you for a full year.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy generally looks at what happened and how it’s affecting you now. Coaching looks at what you want to be different and what it will take to get there.
In practice, that means we spend most of our time on how you plan, start, follow through, and recover when something falls apart. If something comes up that belongs in therapy, I’ll say so, and plenty of my clients do both at the same time.
I’m not diagnosing or treating anything. I’m helping you understand how your brain works and build supports that fit it.
What are your rates?
I offer session packages of 8 for $215 per session and 12 sessions for $200 per session. The more sessions you commit to, the lower the cost per session. My focus is on ensuring meaningful progress in every session.
If committing to a full package feels like too much right now, smaller starting options may be available by request.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance as insurance companies do not consider executive function or ADHD coaching to be medically necessary and usually do not cover this service.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds for coaching?
Some clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for ADHD or executive functioning coaching. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan and whether the service is considered a qualified medical expense.
In some cases, a physician may recommend coaching as part of a treatment plan and provide a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Because plans vary, it’s best to check directly with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm what is eligible under your plan.

What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Once you are on my schedule, that time is reserved just for you. Let me know, prior to 24 hours before your appointment, if you need to reschedule to avoid being charged in full for your appointment.
If you need to change your appointment because of a true emergency, please don’t hesitate to let me know, and we can discuss your specific situation.
What if I'm not ready to work with you one-on-one?
One-on-one coaching isn’t the right starting point for everyone, and it doesn’t have to be.
The ADHD Focus Lab is a monthly membership with four group calls a month, an executive functioning resource library, an ADHD planner, self-development modules, and a community of people who understand what you’re working with. You can move at your own pace and take what’s useful.
If a membership is more than you want right now, my book and email courses are a smaller place to start.

I am a licensed speech-language pathologist, and that background shapes how I coach, but coaching is not speech therapy. If you’re looking for a formal evaluation or treatment, let me know and I can refer you to a qualified clinician.
